ArmInfo. An Armenian delegation will hold talks in Washington to coordinate the Charter and Shareholders Agreement of the TRIPP company. The decision on the mission was signed by RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.

According to the government press service, Artem Sujyan, Acting Head of the Office of the Armenian Representative on International Legal Affairs, and Victoria Aydinyan, Head of the Office of Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan, will travel to the American capital to accomplish this task. The delegation will be in the United States from August 30 to September 3.

The TRIPP (Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity) project is an Armenian-American initiative to develop regional infrastructure and transport communications in the South Caucasus. Its goal is to develop transport links, end the blockade of Armenia, and strengthen regional stability. The project is aligned with the Armenian government's "Crossroads of the World" concept and is part of the Middle Corridor connecting Europe, the Caucasus, and Central Asia. The project encompasses not only roads and railways (in particular, the planned Nrnadzor-Agarak railway route), but also pipelines (oil and gas pipelines), power lines, cable and digital networks. A joint Armenian-American venture, TRIPP Company, registered in Armenia, has been established, with Armenia owning 26% of the shares and the United States owning 74%. There are discussions about involving other regional participants in the project, in particular Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan as shareholders. The initiative is being discussed against the backdrop of agreements between Armenia and Azerbaijan with the participation of the United States. The project addresses issues of the existing railway infrastructure and legal regimes, including consultations on the balance of interests.
