Another plot of land in Ijevan city park returned to local community  - Prosecutor`s Office

ArmInfo.  Another plot of land in Ijevan city park has been returned to the community. This was  reported in a statement by the press service of the RA Prosecutor  General's Office.

The statement notes that on March 18, 2025, the Prosecutor General's  Office filed a lawsuit with the Anti- Corruption Court against an  individual, a third party, demanding that the individual's right to  build on a 201.6 square meter plot of land located at 1/61  Ankakhutyan Street in the Ijevan community be terminated.  The  cadastral value of the plot, approximately equal to the market value,  is 1 million 377 thousand drams.

By a decision of the Anti-Corruption Court on May 11, 2026, the  Prosecutor General's Office upheld the claim; the individual's right  to build on the land located at 1/61 Ankakhutyan Street was  terminated.

Based on the Prosecutor General's Office's application, the Cadastre  Committee terminated the individual's right to develop the land on  August 25, 2026. The land was returned to the Ijevan community.

To date, 16 land plots have already been returned to the Ijevan  community of the Tavush region.
