Human Rights Activist: Judge who authorized search of MP Kocharyan`s  home committed crime

ArmInfo. The judge who authorized the search of Armenian MP Levon Kocharyan's home has apparently committed a crime. Human rights activist Levon Kocharyan  stated this on his Facebook page. "The 'punitive' search of Levon  Kocharyan's home at dawn, immediately after the de facto head of  government was called 'filthy' in the de facto National Assembly,  leads to several conclusions: this in itself is sufficient to prove  that the so-called 'law enforcement' agencies clearly overstepped the  bounds of the law; the judge who ordered the search (I don't know who  it was) clearly committed a crime.

Levon Kocharyan's characterization was accurate. Isn't the  desecration of democracy committed with horns and tails?" he added.

This morning, it was reported that security forces had taken  Armenia's second president, Robert Kocharyan, to the Anti-Corruption  Committee. Furthermore, searches have been underway since the early  morning of August 25 at the home of Levon Kocharyan, a member of the  National Assembly of Armenia from the opposition Armenia faction and  the son of the second president, Robert Kocharyan. It also became  known that searches are being conducted at dozens of addresses of  companies belonging to the Kocharyan family.
