


ArmInfo. On August 24, Chairman of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Ruben Rubinyan received Sergey Kopyrkin, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to Armenia.
According to the NA press service, the meeting focused on further deepening and expansion of interparliamentary cooperation between Armenia and Russia.
Ruben Rubinyan emphasized that the National Assembly intends to continue constructive dialogue and develop long-term, mutually beneficial cooperation with its Russian partners.
The parties attached great importance to the activities of the Interparliamentary Committee on Cooperation between the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia and the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, highly commending their joint efforts. The interlocutors expressed confidence that the development of bilateral cooperation will facilitate joint efforts aimed at effectively resolving a wide range of issues of mutual interest.
