The congratulatory message reads:

Your Holiness!

I congratulate you with all my heart on your birthday.

This year has been a period of particular trials for the Armenian Holy Apostolic Church and for you personally. However, throughout this time, your behavior has remained that of a true believer and spiritual leader—restrained and dignified, never responding to evil with evil, never deviating from your calling and mission.

It is precisely in times of trial that the strength of faith and human dignity are most clearly revealed. You are passing through these trials with peace and steadfastness, maintaining a bearing worthy of the high title of Catholicos of All Armenians.

For centuries, the Armenian Holy Apostolic Church has been one of the main pillars of the identity, unity, and longevity of our people. And today, defending the dignity and independence of the Church means defending our faith, our historical memory, and our national identity.

I am confident that time puts everything in its place. What remains is faith, dignity, and the service a person has dedicated to their people and the Church.
