Poland grants extradition request: wanted person  handed over to  Armenian authorities

ArmInfo.Polish authorities have granted a formal request from the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Armenia, transferring the wanted  person, identified as G.K., to the custody of Armenian law enforcement.

According to a press statement from the Prosecutor General's Office,  G.K. is charged with participating in an organized criminal group  that inflicted significant financial damage on victims. The charges  include the unauthorized alteration of information stored within a  computer network for the purpose of large-scale theft, as well as the  laundering of criminal proceeds.

Under the direction of the Prosecutor General's Office, the Ministry  of Internal Affairs has successfully facilitated the transfer and  transportation of G.K. to Yerevan.
