ArmInfo. The ban on Mother Armenia party member Aregnaz Manukyan's communication with her family has been lifted. This was reported on social media by lawyer Tatevik Soghoyan.
"As I expected, the Court of Appeals has lifted the ban on Aregnaz Manukyan's communication with her close relatives. Otherwise, the decision to arrest her remains unchanged," the lawyer noted.
It should be recalled that Aregnaz Manukyan was detained and then arrested on July 9. She is accused of disclosing information containing a state secret (Part 1 of Article 427 of the Criminal Code), but she does not admit guilt.
Tatevik's lawyer: The preliminary investigation into her case has been completed. Manukyan is suspected of passing classified information regarding the Armenian Armed Forces to party leader Andranik Tevanyan, which was presented at a closed parliamentary meeting.
