Elections to several local government bodies to be held on September  27 - CEC

ArmInfo.Local government elections will be held on September 27 this year in the communities of Tumanyan and Lermontovo in Lori Province, Ferik in  Armavir Province, and Arzni in Kotayk Province, as reported by the Central Electoral Commission of Armenia.

According to the source, for the local government elections in  Tumanyan community, which are being held under a proportional system,  documents required for registering party and party bloc electoral  lists can be submitted to Electoral District Commission No. 24 until  6:00 PM on August 23.

During this period, parties and party blocs wishing to participate in  the elections can submit the relevant applications to the Central  Electoral Commission electronically to obtain a user account.

In the case of elections under the majoritarian system, candidates  can submit the necessary documents for registration to the relevant  electoral district commission from August 23 to 28 inclusive until  18:00.
