ArmInfo. Newly appointed Secretary of the Armenian Security Council, Alen Simonyan, announced his intention to develop relations with neighbors, including Turkey and Azerbaijan.

"Cooperation with all our neighbors will naturally continue: with Azerbaijan, with Turkey. Work will be carried out in this direction," Simonyan said in a conversation with reporters outside the central office of the ruling Civil Contract party.
