Armenia`s Ministry of Defense discusses measures to curb hazing and  non-combat incidents 

ArmInfo. Following instructions from Minister of Defense Suren Papikyan, senior defense  officials are holding meetings and discussions with conscript  sergeants and combat position commanders, according to the Ministry  of Defense press service.

According to the source, the agenda focuses on preventing hazing,  non-sanctioned interpersonal relations, and eradicating negative  subcultural phenomena within military ranks.

Recall, The Armed Forces of Armenia have recorded 31 non-combat  deaths since the start of the year, with the most recent incident  occurring yesterday.Of these cases, 11 have been classified as  service-related, 19 as non-service-related, and circumstances  surrounding the latest death remain under investigation. n response  to the spike in non-combat fatalities, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan  ordered targeted leadership changes within the Ministry of  Defense—specifically targeting the Military Police and the Department  of Moral and Psychological Support.
