Speaking at the first session of the ninth convocation of the NA on August 11, the MP noted that the problem of protecting citizens' personal data exists in virtually all areas. Moreover, in this case, it concerns not only the participation of government agencies in protecting citizens' personal data but also the private entities involved. In this context, she emphasized the importance of developing the capabilities of the Personal Data Agency of the RA Ministry of Justice. Moreover, the problem has been highlighted not only by domestic but also by international experts. In this regard, legislative changes are planned that will address this issue. According to the amendments, this agency will no longer be an autonomous body.
