RA NA Parliamentary Ethics Committee to be formed 

ArmInfo.  A new structure will be created in the National Assembly: a Parliamentary Ethics  Committee. It will include five members from the Civil Contract  faction, three from the Strong Armenia faction, and two from the  Armenia faction.

Opposition factions in the National Assembly stated they would vote  for the draft: "We are confident that parliamentary ethics rules will  be observed."

It was previously reported that the commission's leadership would  change every six months. Initially, the Civil Contract party will  assume the position of chair, and a representative of Strong Armenia  will become its first deputy. Subsequently, the right to appoint the  chair and deputy will be transferred to the other factions in turn.  The creation of such a commission is one of Armenia's institutional  obligations as part of the democratic reforms agreed upon with the  European Union. In European parliamentary practice, such bodies  monitor MPs' compliance with rules of conduct, examine complaints,  and, if necessary, initiate legally prescribed procedures.
