RA Prosecutor General`s Office of Armenia reports on work by Shirak  Regional Prosecutor`s Office

ArmInfo. In the first half of 2026, the amount of damages recovered in favor of the state,  communities, and organizations in the Shirak Region amounted to 20  million 267 thousand drams. This was stated in a statement by the  Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Armenia.

The statement clarified that this refers to funds recovered through  criminal proceedings and prosecutorial influence measures. Also, in  the first half of the year, 33 criminal cases with charges of serious  crimes and 8 criminal cases with charges of particularly serious  crimes were sent to the courts. Twenty-four guilty verdicts for  serious crimes and two for particularly serious crimes entered into  force.
