Narek Karapetyan: Armenia must achieve "economic peace" with Russia  through diplomatic means

ArmInfo. Armenia must achieve an "economic peace" with its primary economic ally, Russia, through diplomatic means. Narek Karapetyan, head of the Strong  Armenia faction, told  journalists in the Armenian parliament on  August 6.

Addressing the restrictions imposed by Russia, he noted that their  position centers on the importance of halting the escalation of  relations in this direction through diplomacy.  "We must achieve  economic peace with our main economic ally. And I believe that  Armenian political thought is capable of this," the faction leader  emphasized.

He clarified that they intend to hold broad discussions on this issue  and present their proposals for its resolution.
