ArmInfo. The economic restrictions imposed by Russia harm Armenia, while only the current government benefits from them, as stated by businessman Samvel Karapetyan, leader of the "Strong Armenia" bloc, to journalists on August 4.
The politician is convinced that only Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan benefits from this. "Because the poorer the people, the villagers, the easier it is to govern them," Karapetyan believes. At the same time, the politician assured that if he were prime minister, such issues would be resolved very quickly. "But as an opposition leader under house arrest, I don't have that opportunity," the bloc leader concluded.
