Arman Piroyan accuses Yerevan Municipality of illegally seizing  "Multi Wellness Center" property

ArmInfo. The Yerevan Municipality has  illegally confiscated all movable property belonging to  the Multi Wellness Center company and transferred it  for free use to a newly established organization, the "Yerevan  Wellness Center", as noted in a statement by Arman Piroyan, General  Director of the Multi Wellness fitness center.

Earlier, the municipality announced that the sports and recreation  complex was resuming operations under a new name following the  transfer of the real estate to city ownership. However, according to  Piroyan, the city authorities have also appropriated the entire  material and technical base of the center.

"All movable property of the complex—sports equipment and inventory,  furniture, air conditioning and refrigeration systems, computer  equipment, washing machines, kitchen equipment, televisions, etc.—  belongs to Multi Wellness Center and was not removed from the  complex's premises. We declare that the Yerevan Municipality has  illegally confiscated all movable property of Multi Wellness Center,  taking possession of it and transferring it for free use to the  organization it created, Yerevan Wellness Center.  Dear Municipality,  please, publicly state on what basis the company you created is using  property that does not belong to it, and on what basis did you seize  this property?" Arman Piroyan' statement reads.
