Nazeli Baghdasaryan ends her tenure as Nikol Pashinyan`s press secretary

ArmInfo. Nazeli  Baghdasaryan is leaving her position as spokesperson for the Prime  Minister of the Republic of Armenia in connection with assuming the  mandate of a Member of Parliament. 

In a statement posted on her Facebook page, she noted that she had  worked in the Prime Minister's office for the past three and a half  years. "I assumed the responsible position of press secretary during  a challenging period for our country, striving to ensure the  necessary conditions for public communication, transparency and  accountability, to be as accessible as possible and to facilitate  effective communication with the public. I express my gratitude to  the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan for the  high level of trust, joint work, valuable experience and the unique  opportunity provided. I also express my gratitude to my colleagues,  press secretaries and representatives of various government bodies  for cooperation based on mutual trust. I would especially like to  note the work with all partners from the Information and Public  Relations Department of the Prime Minister's Office, the Strategic  Communications Department, as well as the Public Relations and  Information Center, which was crucial for the effective organization  of communication. And, of course, special thanks to all journalists  and media representatives.  Our cooperation has always been important  to me. Your work and consistency are extremely important for raising  public awareness and covering the activities of government agencies.  As you know, the day before yesterday, by the decision of the board  of the Civil Contract party, as the party's candidate for the  position of chairperson of the parliamentary Committee on Labor and  Social Affairs.  See you in the National Assembly," Baghdasaryan  wrote.

Recall, Melania Harutyunyan, the current ecretary of the Civil  Contract party's youth organization council, will replace Nazeli  Baghdasaryan as the prime minister's press secretary.
