ArmInfo. Prime Minister Pashinyan sent a congratulatory message to King Mohammed VI of Morocco on the occasion of the 27th anniversary of his accession to the throne.
The message reads as follows: " I warmly congratulate you on the occasion of the 27th anniversary of your accession to the throne. Armenia highly appreciates your wise and insightful vision, thanks to which Morocco has recorded great successes in both domestic and foreign policy in recent years, becoming an important regional and international player.
We appreciate your personal contribution to the peaceful resolution of conflicts, in the context of which we attach particular importance to the Moroccan initiative on the Sahara issue submitted to the UN in April 2007, considering it a realistic political solution, on the path of which UN Security Council Resolution 2797 adopted on October 31, 2025 was a milestone. We believe that it will pave the way for the strengthening of the territorial integrity of the Kingdom of Morocco and the peaceful coexistence and prosperity of the peoples of the region.
Your Royal Highness, taking this opportunity, I am pleased to note that warm friendly relations have been established between Armenia and Morocco, based on mutual respect. At the same time, there is great potential, which, I am sure, with our joint efforts we will be able to realize in the near future, for the benefit of our two peoples.
I wish you good health and new successes, and lasting peace and prosperity to the friendly people of Morocco."
