ArmInfo. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has reacted calmly to the fact that Russian President Vladimir Putin has not yet congratulated him on his victory in the parliamentary elections.
"He didn't want to, so he didn't congratulate," he noted. When asked whether the Russian leader's congratulations were important to him, Pashinyan responded with a counter-question: "Then who was he talking to?" The head of government also told reporters that the two sides had discussed a potential meeting in the near future, though no specific dates have been finalized.
