


ArmInfo. During the first half of 2026, a total of AMD 6,666,631,000 was returned to the recovered funds and single taxpayer accounts through criminal proceedings, according to the RA Prosecutor General's Office.
According to the source, in accordance with the RA Government Decree of December 5, 2024, the Prosecutor General's Office summarized the data on funds returned in criminal proceedings. Thus, from the launch date of December 5, 2024, to June 30, 2026, AMD 22 billion 290 million were transferred to the single account for recovered funds, of which 1 billion 169 million 212,000 were transferred in the first half of 2026. In the first half of 2026, AMD 5 billion 497 million 419, 000 were transferred to the single taxpayer account.
As of June 30, 2026, the total amount of funds actually frozen as property in ongoing criminal cases investigated by the Investigative Committee amounted to AMD 141 million 316,000 (there were no frozen funds in the first half of 2026). As of June 30, 2026, the total amount of funds actually frozen as property in the ongoing criminal cases investigated by the Anti-Corruption Committee amounted to AMD110 million 132,000, EUR 21, 945, USD 10 million 145,000, 87,000 Czech crowns (AMD 1 million 383,000 were frozen during the first half of 2026). This amount includes AMD 9,425,523,000 transferred from the account of the Investigative Committee and AMD4,368,396,700 transferred from the account of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Armenia.
