ArmInfo. Azerbaijan has reacted in its characteristic hysterical manner to the news that Iran had included the state-run AzTV channel in on its list of "hostile media."
Reacting to the situation, the Media Development Agency (MEDIA) of Azerbaijan stated that it was surprised that the Iranian Ministry of Intelligence had included several foreign media outlets, including the Azerbaijani state-run AzTV channel, on the list of "hostile media," and was threatening to prosecute anyone cooperating with these organizations.
In response, the Azerbaijani side banned the activities of Sahar TV and Mehr News Agency in the country.
