He noted that Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev proudly stated that Azerbaijan has made a "significant contribution" to Armenia's energy security, based on supplies of Azerbaijani gasoline and diesel fuel. "If we look at the situation from the Armenian perspective, we see that, given the unresolved conflict, Baku is strengthening its influence over Armenia, acquiring new leverage and influence over systems vital to Armenia.
I don't think there's a single person in our country who believes that Azerbaijani supplies are solely economically significant. The same applies to unresolved issues and Azerbaijan's growing influence," the politician concluded.
