Lavrov announced this as he opened negotiations with the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister, who has arrived in Moscow for an official visit.
"We also have positive trends and prospects in the cultural and humanitarian sphere. Of course, we will discuss the situation in the South Caucasus. We have noted the renewed and growing interest in the 3+3 regional cooperation platform. Beyond the Caucasus, we have the OSCE, the United Nations, and, of course, the Commonwealth of Independent States. So, we look forward to productive talks today," Lavrov said.
In turn, the Azerbaijani minister noted that the meeting would address the full spectrum of bilateral relations, from the economy to the humanitarian sphere. "We will also be prepared to discuss the entire range of regional and international issues of mutual interest, including our contacts and cooperation on international platforms," Bayramov said. .
