


ArmInfo. Prosecutors handling corruption cases have referred 43 criminal cases related to election crimes to the courts, according to a statement from the supervisory body.
According to the agency, a total of 153 individuals are involved in the criminal cases. The Prosecutor's Office has been reviewing the cases since February 7, 2026, when the regular elections to the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia began. Specifically, one criminal case was opened against one person accused of two counts of giving election bribes and two persons accused of receiving election bribes, one criminal case against five persons accused of three counts of giving election bribes and violating the ban on charity and receiving election bribes, one criminal case against two persons accused of violating the ban on charity and aiding in the same, one criminal case against one person accused of giving election bribes, two counts of inciting material interest for the purpose of participating in a rally, and one person accused of group acceptance of election bribes, etc.
The cases were reviewed by the RA Anti-Corruption Committee.
