ArmInfo.Armenian Ambassador to Greece Tigran Mkrtchyan met with Greek Deputy Foreign Minister for Economic Diplomacy Haris Theoharis to discuss the expansion of bilateral economic relations.
According to the press service of the Armenian Embassy in Greece, Mkrtchyan presented the European Union's proposed Autonomous Trade Measures (ATMs), which create completely new conditions for Armenian exports to EU markets and will contribute to the further strengthening of relations between Armenia and the EU.
Deputy Minister Theocharis welcomed the outcomes of Armenia's recent parliamentary elections and reiterated Greece's firm commitment to supporting the deepening of relations between Armenia and the EU. The two officials also explored practical steps for increasing the visibility of Armenian products among Greek importers and distributors.
