ArmInfo. The Prosecutor General's Office of Armenia is demanding that the auction for real estate registered in the name of the family of the late General Manvel Grigoryan be invalidated.
According to the press service of the supervisory authority, the Tavush Regional Prosecutor's Office filed a lawsuit with the Anti-Corruption Court on June 22, 2026, against the auction for real estate located at 27 Maxim Gorky Street in Dilijan, which is on the books of Ara and Aytsemnik OJSC, owned by the family of Manvel Grigoryan.
The cadastral value of the property is 189,903,000 drams, approximately equal to its market value. The supervisory authority is requesting the court to invalidate the auction results for this property.
On July 1, 2026, the Anti-Corruption Court accepted the claim for review and imposed a measure to ensure enforcement of the claim, prohibiting Ara and Aytsemnik OJSC from alienating or pledging the aforementioned property in any way.
