Yerevan hosts Benur Pashayan Memorial International Greco-Roman  Wrestling Tournament

ArmInfo.  The Benur Pashayan Memorial International Greco- Roman Wrestling Tournament 2026 was held in Yerevan. This year, 318 athletes from 16 countries  participated in the tournament.

According to the Yerevan Municipality press service, this is the  fifth year that the Armenian capital's municipality has organized and  hosted this prestigious tournament, promoting sports and a healthy  lifestyle, as well as strengthening the capital's athletic  reputation. "Dear athletes, wrestling is a culture and a big family,  and you are full members of this big family. I wish you good luck,  great energy, perseverance in achieving your goals, worthy opponents,  and well-deserved victories," said Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan at  the tournament's awards ceremony.
