According to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Sulkhan Tamazashvili, accompanied by Armenian Deputy Interior Minister Armen Mkrtchyan, honored the memory of the innocent victims of the Armenian Genocide of 1915 in the Ottoman Empire. The delegation paid their respects by laying a wreath and flowers at the Eternal Flame, which memorializes the holy martyrs.
