This was said on June 25 in a conversation with journalists by the candidate for chairman of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, current deputy speaker Ruben Rubinyan. With regard to Rubinyan himself, various views about the candidate for speaker were also expressed, presenting the merits of the candidates.

He reminded that the votes were secret, and none of the party members knew who was voting for whom. According to the voting procedure approved by the party, a candidate is considered elected if they receive more than half of the votes. A total of 20 people participated in the vote.
