Former MP Ruben Hakobyan reports his arrest

ArmInfo. Former member of the Armenian parliament, Ruben Hakobyan, reported that they came to detain him.

"Right now they've come to arrest me. The bloodthirsty traitor  continues his vile acts. O two-legged monster, you will still answer  for beheading thousands of soldiers and Artsakh to maintain your  power, for the fact that you and the enemy wiped your feet on the  dignity of our state. Remember," Hakobyan wrote on his Facebook page.

As a reminder, Hakobyan was arrested in 2025 and later released on  charges of "public calls for the overthrow of the government." The  charges stemmed from statements Hakobyan made in an interview  published on July 1 of that year. It is not yet known in what case  the politician is being detained today.
