RPA still believes it is necessary to fight country`s current  authorities - Mamijanyan

ArmInfo.The Republican Party of Armenia, led by third President of the Republic of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan, still believes it is necessary to fight the country's  current authorities.

Hayk Mamijanyan, a member of the party's board  and head of the "I Have the Honor" faction in the National Assembly  of the Republic of Armenia, told journalists today.

According to him, the RPA, as before, has been and will remain at the  forefront of the struggle, with all its responsibilities and in the  most dangerous places, since there is simply no other alternative.  Responding to a question about Bright Armenia Party leader Edmon  Marukyan's statement about the dangers of Serzh Sargsyan's  announcement, Mamijanyan called on his political opponent to  participate in and win the tender for financial resources from his  masters. "Just let him stay away from us," Mamijanyan said.

He also commented on claims that Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan  decides who will and will not be in parliament. "What does it mean  that Nikol Pashinyan will decide everything? We are not a monarchy,  and there are no royal dynasties in our country. This is the decision  of the citizens of Armenia, and no one, including Nikol Pashinyan,  can take this decision away. The Republican Party of Armenia will  defend the votes of the Armenian people with all its might," Hayk  Mamijanyan said.
