Armenian authorities have turned country into center of a  geopolitical struggle - Samvel Karapetyan 

ArmInfo.Today, the main danger hangs over Armenia's Syunik region. This was stated by Samvel Karapetyan, leader of the Strong Armenia party and candidate for prime minister of the Republic of Armenia, during a meeting with his supporters.

According to him, virtually the entire world is currently fighting  for Syunik. The current authorities, continued Samvel Karapetyan,  have turned Armenia into the center of a geopolitical struggle. "We  lived peacefully, no one needed this, but the steps being taken today  are extremely dangerous. They take one step, the Russians are  dissatisfied, they take another step, the Americans express their  dissatisfaction, and with the third step, the Europeans assert  themselves," the politician stated, emphasizing the importance of  having a clear position on Syunik, which was and must remain  Armenian.

Karapetyan assured that after 2020, RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan  will not participate in any decision concerning Armenia. He noted  that the issue of ceding this or that piece of land is discussed  almost daily.  Meanwhile, no one knows where the line is drawn for  delimitation and demarcation of the border between Armenia and  Azerbaijan. "Why should we constantly give in? If we've lost, then go  away. Let those who haven't lost, who have far greater opportunities,  including international opportunities, come in. Therefore, we need to  explain all this to the people so they make the right choice on June  7. They think I need power, but even in prison, I had more power than  they did," the leader of the Strong Armenia party noted.
