During the campaign period ahead of the upcoming elections to the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, scheduled for June 7, 2026, the Prosecutor General's Office has launched a direct public hotline at (010) 511-527. The hotline is designed to receive information on alleged criminal offenses obstructing the electoral process during the campaign, on the eve of the election, and on election day itself, as well as to ensure direct communication with the public and address urgent matters raised by election participants.
The hotline will remain active through June 7, 2026, operating on weekdays from 09:00 to 18:00, and will transition to a 24-hour schedule on election day.
The Prosecutor General's Office strongly urges citizens, as well as all individuals and organizations participating in the electoral process, to report any specific and credible information regarding alleged crimes obstructing the election. Information can be shared via the hotline, sent to the official email address of the Prosecutor General's Office at [email protected], or submitted anonymously through the azdararir.am platform.
"We also inform you that, by order of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia, Anna Vardapetyan, a working group has been established within the Prosecutor General's Office to register, study, verify, and forward reports of suspected crimes obstructing the electoral process during the pre- election period, on the eve of the vote, and on election day for the National Assembly elections scheduled for June 7, 2026 to enhance the efficiency of prosecutorial oversight during the review of these reports and to coordinate the relevant activities of the Prosecutor General's Office in this area," the statement reads.
