


ArmInfo. The Anti-Corruption Court of Armenia has accepted another claim from the RA Prosecutor General's Office for the confiscation of illegally acquired property.
According to the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office, this time the matter concerns the confiscation of the property of former RA National Assembly member Ruben Hovsepyan. The supervisory body is demanding the confiscation of three properties worth approximately 237 million drams, two of which are located in Yerevan and one in the Artashavan village of the Ashtarak community.
The issue of confiscating one vehicle, a share in the authorized capital of a legal entity, and nearly 237 million drams from the former deputy and former head of the capital's Ajapnyak district is also under consideration.
