IC Chairman  receives  OSCE/ODIHR Head of observation mission 

ArmInfo.Today, Artur Poghosyan, Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Armenia, received Janez Lenarcic, Head of the OSCE/ODIHR (Office for  Democratic Institutions and Human Rights) Election Observation  Mission to Armenia.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the Investigative  Committee's authority in handling crimes related to electoral  processes for the upcoming parliamentary elections in Armenia.  Artur  Poghosyan also touched on the activities of the working group  established to better coordinate the agency's responsibilities during  the elections. The Chairman of the  Investigative Committee also  noted that the entire Investigative Committee will be vigilant during  the pre-election period, on election day, and in the days  that  follow. After the meeting, the parties expressed their willingness to  maintain a continuous exchange of information and affirmed their  commitment to  long-term cooperation.
