


ArmInfo. During a visit to Yerevan, Dmitry Aristov, Director of the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP) of Russia, and Siro Amirkhanyan, Chief Enforcement Officer of Armenia, signed a cooperation program between the enforcement agencies of the two countries for 2026- 2027.
According to the press service of the FSSP of Russia, the meeting participants discussed current issues in the professional sphere. Their Armenian colleagues discussed the new law "On Enforcement Proceedings," which entered into force on January 1 of this year and completely transformed the enforcement process in Armenia.
Their Russian colleagues discussed the powers of bailiffs under the OUPDS and shared their experience in enforcing certain categories of court decisions. "The cooperation program, which includes working visits, internships, and consultations between agencies, opens new horizons for collaboration. The experience of the Armenian Ministry of Justice's Enforcement Service is of great interest to us, including in developing new enforcement tools in the Russian Federation," Dmitry Aristov emphasized at the meeting.
Dmitry Aristov also met with Armenian Justice Minister Srbuhi Galyan. They noted the constructive dialogue between the enforcement agencies of the two countries. Furthermore, the Director of the Russian Federal Bailiff Service met with the Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Armenia, Sergey Kopyrkin.
