


ArmInfo. On April 21, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received a delegation led by Gilbert-Luc Devinaz, Chair of the France-Armenia Friendship Group of the Senate of the French Republic.
According to the PM's Office, the Prime Minister welcomed the delegation's visit to Armenia and praised the France-Armenia Friendship Group's continued support for Armenia. Nikol Pashinyan emphasized the importance of developing relations between the two countries, noting that important developments in this direction are expected in the near future. The head of state pointed out that France's support for Armenia at all levels is highly appreciated.
In turn, Gilbert-Luc Devinaz noted that high-level relations have been established between the parliaments of France and Armenia. According to the head of the Friendship Group, there is a sense of calm and peace- prevailing in Armenia today, in contrast to previous years of tensions. In this regard, Gilbert-Luc Devinaz emphasized the role of Prime Minister Pashinyan and the steps taken to establish and strengthen peace.
The interlocutors discussed the development of cooperation between Armenia and France in various fields, particularly energy, agriculture, education, and others. Regional processes were also touched upon.
