During a meeting with the NATO Secretary General's Special Representative for the Caucasus and Central Asia, Kevin Hamilton, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, emphasized the importance of Armenia-NATO cooperation and close dialogue aimed at strengthening security and stability in the region.
According to the Armenian government's press service, the parties discussed several issues related to the Armenia-NATO partnership agenda, including prospects for the development of cooperation, as well as the effective implementation of programs in areas of mutual interest.
Pashinyan spoke about the progress of democratic reforms being implemented by the Armenian government and emphasized the importance of consistent cooperation with international partners in developing institutional capacity and strengthening the country's resilience.
During the meeting, they also exchanged views on the regional security situation, existing challenges, and efforts aimed at ensuring peace and stability. Hamilton noted that NATO highly values its partnership with Armenia and is ready to continue cooperation in areas of mutual interest.
