


ArmInfo. The Anti-Corruption Court of Armenia has accepted for review another case filed by the Prosecutor General's Office regarding the confiscation of illegally acquired property. This time, the property in question concerns former National Assembly member Mkhitar Zakaryan.
According to the press service of the oversight body, the Prosecutor General's Office of Armenia is demanding the confiscation of 12 properties belonging to the former MP. The total value of the illegally acquired property is 960 million drams. Specifically, the Prosecutor's Office is demanding the confiscation of 12 properties belonging to the former MP, three of which are located in Yerevan, one in the Jrvezh community of the Kotayk region, and eight in the Meghri community of the Syunik region. Also subject to confiscation are 1 vehicle, participation in 10 legal entities, 957 million 64 thousand drams as the remainder of illegal income, 18 million 316 thousand drams, which are not confirmed by the legal income of Mkhitar Zakaryan.
