ArmInfo. The European Party of Armenia will participate in the country's parliamentary elections, scheduled for June 7, 2026, on the list of the "Against All" movement. Party leader Tigran Khzmalyan announced this live on his Facebook page.
The politician explained that this decision was made because both the previous and current authorities are currently offering the same platform to the Armenian people. "In particular, they are keeping Armenia outside of Europe. In the current situation, the European Party of Armenia has decided to participate in the parliamentary elections with the "Against All" movement, which advocates for the democratization of the country's domestic political landscape. We have not lost as long as we continue to fight," Khzmalyan concluded.
As a reminder, on January 29, 2026, the "Against All" movement presented a concept for transforming the political landscape in Armenia. According to Aram Kocharyan, one of the movement's founders, their goal is to create a so-called "self-dissolving party." He further emphasized their intention to win the parliamentary elections scheduled for June 7, 2026, and implement three key legislative changes within 100 days of their rule: abolishing the stable political majority, lowering the electoral threshold from 4% to 1%, and introducing an "Against All" option on the ballot, allowing citizens to express their dissatisfaction with the current political situation.
