Tigran Abrahamyan, a deputy from the opposition faction "With Honor," wrote on his Facebook.
Abrahamyan believes that it also reflects the obvious reality that the foundation of cooperation, regardless of what's written in the charter, is primarily based on the relationship between member states. "Incidentally, the same issue, with some modifications, applies to the CSTO as well. While certain changes to the charter would not be a hindrance, the effectiveness of the structure depends on the relations between member states, which have been evident during important moments for the Republic of Armenia," the parliamentarian noted.
