ArmInfo. RA courts have nullified orders issued by Romanos Petrosyan, interim manager of the Electric Networks of Armenia CJSC, to terminate employment contracts with the company's employees, as reported by the ENA Control Committee.
According to the source, nullifying the dismissal orders of around three dozen employees will result in a significant amount payable to them, totaling hundreds of millions of drams, directly harming the company's owners.
It's also worth noting that the Tashir Group of Companies funded the majority of its compensation payroll, totaling approximately 12 billion drams, from its own funds between 2016-2025. Currently, the company's payroll fund is still partially financed by Tashir Group funds, which includes the pre-election salary increases for about 3,500 employees.
Therefore, as the statement emphasizes, one of the board members of the Civil Contract party is conducting the party's election PR campaign at the expense of ENA's owners, without consulting them. "The purposes ENA will serve are already clear," the statement reads.
