It is time to continue the negotiations on the Karabakh conflict's resolution at a different level, James Warlick, the U.S. Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group, the tripartite mediating body in the NK process, told reporters in Yerevan, Tuesday. The ambassador said at his upcoming meetings with President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan and Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian he will continue the discussion that was launched in Wales with Secretary of State John Kerry.

Armenia makes a point of preserving the cultural heritage in the Black Sea region, said Eduard Sharmazanov, Vice Speaker of the Armenian National Assembly, speaking at the 43rd meeting of the Committee for Social, Cultural and Educational Affairs of the BSEC PA in Yerevan.  In this light, Sharmazanov recalled the tragic facts of destruction of most of the Armenian cultural and historical monuments in Azerbaijan and Turkey. For example, he mentioned the desecration and destruction of the Armenian cemetery in Jugha (Nakhijevan).  
"The world community must strongly condemn such vandalism that not only is aimed against the Armenian cultural-historical heritage, but also against historical heritage of the Christian world,"  Sharmazanov said. 

 Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan approached several owners of the apartments, which Tonus Construction Company had built in Armenia's capital city Yerevan, and who have assembled nearby the government houses at Proshyan street since early Tuesday morning.

 European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) has asked the Azerbaijani government to present explanations till September 26 related to the official position of Azerbaijan on handover of Petrosyan' s body and its delay, a member of the Working Group representing Karen Petrosyan's family. CreditBank S.A.L. (Lebanon), the sole owner of Anelik Bank, has replenished the authorized capital of Anelik Bank by 1 billion AMD through direct investment. The press service of Anelik Bank has told ArmInfo that CreditBank S.A.L.  took the decision on replenishment of the authorized capital in May 2014. The funds will be spent on implementation of the strategic plan of the Bank, retention of the development rates, as well as expansion of the spectrum of services. 

 Neither the West nor the OSCE Minsk Group can settle the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, member of the Karabakh Committee, former Interior Minister of Armenia Ashot Manucharyan told journalists on Friday.

Initiated by European Friends of Armenia, the Nagorno-Karabakh Foreign Minister Karen Mirzoyan visited the Basque Country and met with high officials throughout the region.  On Thursday, Mr Mirzoyan met with the Gipuzkoa Province President Martin Garitano in San Sebastian to discuss further cooperation between Nagorno-Karabakh and the Basque Country.  During the statements of both officials, the Gipuzkoa President, on behalf of the government of Gipuzkoa, recognized the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic.
