Official investigation will give answers to all the questions about the downing of Armenian helicopter by Azerbaijan. The statement came from Movses Hakobyan, Head of the Nagorno Karkabakh (Artsakh) Defense Army, in response to mass media questions as to whether the helicopter flew so close to the Line of Contact and wheter there was such order. As for the effect of that incident on the morale in army in Armenia and NKR, Movses Hakobyan said: "Although such incidents affect the atmosphere in army, it does not mean that morale in army may fall.
