No explosive device  has been found at Zvartnots Airport. 

The press service of the Armenian Ministry of Emergency Situations  reports that the relevant alarm was received on November 27 at 8:09  pm. The special rescue team, the response team of the Crisis  Management Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and a  combat crew arrived at the scene.  

The joint efforts of the police and canine handlers revealed no  explosive device.

Orange Armenia has started accepting online payments through ArCa, MasterCard and Visa cards. Ameriabank and Orange Armenia have jointly announced the launch of acceptance of online payments for Orange telecommunication services. 

The press service of Ameriabank has told ArmInfo that Orange customers can pay for the company's services with the cards of any bank. The payments are made via the website of Orange Armenia and transferred immediately to the subscriber's account.

The joint project of Orange and Ameriabank is one more serious step towards development of e-commerce in Armenia", says Beniamin Tadevosyan, Head of IT and Automation Department at Ameriabank. He says that the Bank has developed vPOS to facilitate the acceptance of online payments through ArCa, MasterCard and Visa cards and their further servicing. That software tool can be easily set up on the website without heavy programming and it needs no configuration or settings.

 Ahead of the Supreme Assembly of the ARF Dashnaktsutyun Party, ARFD has faced serious infighting over the candidature of the ARFD Bureau representative, a Yerevan-based "Hraparak" newspaper writes.  

The Government of Armenia is determined to conduct a policy of constructive engagement with the opposition, Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan told reporters. 

He said the Government is in constant contact with representatives of the Parliamentary opposition forces to find appropriate solutions to the problems. "If the opposition fails to cooperate with us to that end, it is no business of ours," Abrahamyan said. 

The parliamentary opposition parties ARDF, Prosperous Armenia, Heritage and Armenian National Congress submitted 12 proposals on how to rehabilitate the situation in the country to the Government.  Later, the Government presented a 12-page statement wherein it substantiated why the given proposals are not possible in Armenia. 
Afterwards, President Serzh Sargsyan urged the Government to study the proposals and the ways to implement them. The Government invited the authors of the document to weigh implementation of the proposals at a negotiating table. Meanwhile, the opposition rejected to negotiate. The authors say they have already developed the ways of 
rehabilitation and it remains for the Government to assume implementation of the proposals.

Over the last 24 hours, cars of four representatives of the Pre-Parliament opposition organization were burnt in Yerevan. 

Pre-Parliament told ArmInfo the burnt cars belonged to Shahen Petrosyan, Vardan Hakobyan, Varuzhan Avetisyan, and Susanna Melkonyan. An attempt to burn the car of another member of the Pre-Parliament, Karo Yeghnukyan, was prevented. 

The given representatives of the Pre-Parliament had participated in a motor rally "Centennial without the regime" by their cars lately. Their rally pursued a goal to change the regime in Armenia before the centennial of the Armenian Genocide in Ottoman Turkey.

Baku. During his visit to Iran, the head of the Caucasus Muslims Department Allahshukur Pashazadeh met with the country's Supreme Leader, Sayyid Ali Khamenei.

Baku. The human rights activist Elchin Namazov has been arrested for 15 days. This administrative punishment was imposed on him on November 25 by the decision of the Khatai District Court of Baku, which found him guilty of not subordinating police. This was announced by his brother Akram Namazov.

 Baku took the chance of sabotage and shot down the Karabakh helicopter, as it is sure that the Armenian parties do not want to start the battle actions in the Karabakh conflict zone, a Karabakh war hero, a member of the "Preparliament" NGO, Jirayr Sefilyan, said at today's press-conference.
