ArmInfo."There is an impression that the race for the most awkward and unrelated statements has started in Azerbaijan," Vice Speaker of the National Assembly Eduard  Sharmazanov told ArmInfo correspondent when commenting on today's statement of the head of the Azerbaijani delegation to the PACE, Semid Seidov, about , that Armenia tried to disrupt the Karabakh talks.

Yerevan should officially present Ilham Aliyev's recent  provocations on the border with Armenia and his provocative speeches  in Baku to the attention of the CSTO and the co-chairs of the OSCE  Minsk Group.
