ArmInfo. The issue with the new CSTO General Secretary is not the most significant; much more important and deeper issues are at stake. This opinion was expressed by the. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan at a press conference on November 20, commenting on the prospect of Armenia's withdrawal from the CSTO if the position of the Armenian side is ignored.

ArmInfo. With the assistance  of VTB Bank (Armenia), the construction of the "Berd" residential  building was resumed. As ArmInfo was explained by the Bank's press  service the Glendale Hills CJSC construction company which was  engaged in the construction of residential multi-apartment complexes  in Yerevan and was the borrower of VTB Bank (Armenia), failed to meet  its credit obligations, in 2015 it was declared bankrupt. As a  result, the construction of a number of buildings was suspended, and  a large number of citizens remained waiting for their housing.

ArmInfo. The Government of Armenia today, at 3pm on November 19, convenes an extraordinary meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers. The agenda of the meeting was  not disclosed.
