ArmInfo. Late in the evening of November 17, units of the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan  opened fire in some areas of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border in the  Tavush region. By retaliatory actions, enemy fire was suppressed. The  RA Ministry of Defense informs.

ArmInfo.As of November 17, 10:00 am, the situation on the eastern border of Armenia, where a large-scale attack by units of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces was  carried out on the Armenian positions the yesterday, is relatively  stable, the ceasefire agreement is basically preserved. This is  stated in the message of the RA Ministry of Defense.

ArmInfo.The soldier has been arrested for violating the rules of combat duty or military service, the Investigative Committee of Armenia reports.  According to the  information, a preliminary investigation is underway in the  Investigative Committee on a criminal case opened in the case of a  fatal gunshot wound to one serviceman and gunshot wounds of another  serviceman.

ArmInfo.On September 13, at about 10:00pm, at one of the combat posts located in the  southeastern direction of Armenia, according to preliminary data, as  a result of violation of the rules for organizing military service,  reserve sergeant Mkrtich Hovakimyan (born in 1978) was fatally  wounded. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of  Defense.

ArmInfo. A 3.3 magnitude earthquake was registered in the Armenian-Georgian border zone, 13 km north-east of Bavra village.

ArmInfo. On August 30, the Yerevan Criminal Court of Appeal chaired by Judge Narine Hovakimyan continued hearings on complaints from lawyers and prosecutors to discontinue the case on the alleged overthrow of the constitutional order. The defense side of the second President Robert Kocharian submitted a motion to cancel or reduce the amount of the bail.  It should be reminded that by a court decision in June 2020, Robert Kocharian was released on bail in the amount of 2 billion drams.

ArmInfo. As of August 29,  275,138 citizens were vaccinated against coronavirus in Armenia.  As stated on the official Facebook page of the Ministry of Health, of  the total number of vaccinated, 176,552 people received the first  component of the vaccine, and, accordingly, the second - 98,586.

ArmInfo. An earthquake measuring 3.3 on the Richter scale occurred at 23 km east of the town of Martuni in the Gegarkunik region. 

ArmInfo. During the day on August 24 and until late at night, from positions located not far from Shushi, in particular in the direction of the villages of Shosh and Mkhitarashen, the Azerbaijani side actively and for a long time fired at the Armenian positions and the peaceful Armenian settlements located next to them. Ombudsman of the Artsakh Republic Gegham Stepanyan announced this on his Facebook page.

ArmInfo. As of August 22, 239,342 people were vaccinated against coronavirus in Armenia. As stated on the official Facebook page of the Ministry of Health, out  of the total number of vaccinated citizens, the first component of the vaccine was received by 153,888 citizens, and, accordingly, the second - 85,454.
