View from Stepanakert: In XXI century with the start of military actions all Armenians become "Artsakh Armenians"

ArmInfo. During the April days,  when all Ashkharh stood for Artsakh's protection, as global  phenomena, we saw clearly that in XXI century with the start of  military actions practically all Armenians become "Artsakh  Armenians". This opinion expressed to ArmInfo Hrachya Arzumanyan, the  director of Strategic Center of researches Ashkharh (Stepanakert),  expert on military and national safety issues.
