In addition to the above, as Karen Karapetyan noted, major infrastructure projects are being implemented, such as the construction of the North-South road corridor, the construction of a new housing complex in the capital, the project to build a new ethnic neighborhood Noy in Yerevan, complex, there will be hotels, studios, painting workshops and national crafts. A project is under way to restore the Kumayri architectural reserve in the historic part of Gyumri.
